In line with its Code of Ethics, I.C.P. S.p.A. promotes a corporate culture based on integrity and legality. To this end, the company has established this secure channel, " SPEAK UP TO ICP," which allows all stakeholders to submit reports completely anonymously and with a guarantee of no retaliation, aimed at preventing, detecting, and countering illicit behavior, irregularities, and violations of laws, regulations, the Code of Ethics, and company procedures.
What to report (Main categories)
All ICP stakeholders can report violations, irregularities, or behavior contrary to corporate values, including:
- Ethics and Rights: Violations of the Code of Ethics, conflicts of interest, discrimination, harassment, or retaliatory acts.
- Corruption and Fraud: Illicit payments, non-token gifts, and fraud against the company, clients, suppliers, or the public administration.
- Integrity in the Value Chain: Collusive agreements, favoritism in partner selection, violations of social or environmental standards (e.g., illegal/child labor) in relations with clients, suppliers, and external collaborators.
- Safety and Environment: Non-compliance with workplace prevention rules or activities with non-compliant environmental impact by ICP employees, external collaborators, suppliers, or clients.
Your protections and security
The reporting and management process has been designed to be in line with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 (even though ICP is not legally obligated to comply with it). This guarantees the whistleblower the highest standards of protection, data encryption to safeguard anonymity, and absolute protection against any form of retaliation.
How to submit a report
The report can be submitted in writing by accessing the portal via the dedicated link. At the end of the procedure, you will receive a unique access code, which is essential to monitor the status of your case and communicate via a secure chat with the Manager.
